Ammmaaaazzzziiinnngggg! For 20 years I've been wanting to wear my natural hair out & have been discouraged due to the humidity (hair shrunkage causing my hair to become unmanageable all year around) & this always lead to me weaving all of my hair for 20+ years. With my 4A hair type a relaxer are a must not (even kiddie relaxers). Illy introduced me to HAIR BOTOX (reseach this process if hair suffers from extreme frizz, dryness etc... and you don't want or can't use a relaxer) & it was a game changer. My natural hair nevered looked and felt better. I also did a few in between tracks to add volume (looks & feel natural) & eyebrow tinting, which both made me feel complete in only 2 hours. ILLY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Also heaven sent to Westchester County! ~ Quinn T
I had an amazing experience at Level Up Dominican Hair Salon in Westchester County! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere filled with positive energy. I had a lot of split ends, and Illy took such great care of my hair. She started with a hot oil treatment, which worked wonders on my hair health. After that, she did a silk press, and I couldn't believe how smooth and shiny my hair looked! To top it all off, Illy braided my hair, and I can confidently say she is the best hair braider I've ever encountered. The braids were not only beautiful but also perfectly done. Ille is the best hairdresser I have ever had!! Me finding her was truly such a blessing. Hair is such a special component to a person and she makes you feel comfortable while sitting in her salon. I have never trusted someone with my hair as much as her. I needed a sew in and at most places I have been it either hasn’t been a good experience or the hair does not look great. She is hands down the BEST at sew ins. If you need someone in Westchester you have to go to her. It's been 3 weeks since I got my hair extensions at Level Up, and let me tell you, they're still looking fantastic! These extensions are incredibly soft, and I hardly need to do anything with them - just pop on a satin bonnet at night, and I'm good to go. Illy, the stylist, is not only super nice but also really quick. I was in and out in just 1hour, and my hair looked flawless. I can easily put my hair up in a ponytail without even needing a mirror - it's that easy! If you're picky about your hair like me, you should definitely check out this salon. I'm very happy to have found this facility for getting my hair needs met. She was very comfortable with my ultra fine, type 4c hair, even with me being tender headed. Unlike other stylists, I had no worries about her trimming off too much in a trim, or causing any damage to my edges for the sake of a style. I feel really happy to know she cares about taking care of my existing hair and scalp with no unnecessary added tension, and also still gets the job done beautifully and securely. AMAZING! I called her in a pinch. Ily saved my hair style . I got a weave done for my birthday by a different stylist it was so unflattering. I was in a panic because I needed it fixed last minute. I just called by chance on a TUESDAY last minute and Ily asked what was wrong, told me what could be done, and let me come in right away. She saved my hair and my weave she was able to uninstall and reinstall some of tracks, adds micro beads to sew on extra hair and blended my poofy leave out, styled my weave and made it look amazing. I am so grateful I was in a horrible mood after trying everything to fix it and I came in there and she fixed it in a fast amount of time, reasonable price,last minute. She knows how to execute how to instal weave and it looks great. I was about to take out the whole thing and spend money trying to figure out a last minute hair style but she saved the day.
